The D2L - Elluminate integration is now complete. An instructor can Edit their NavBar and put Online Rooms into one of the four quadrants. Click on Online Rooms in the NavBar and Create a "New Room."
On the second Tab click on Add Participants . Add people that are listed in the D2L Classlist and add people that do not have D2L accounts. Then generate an email invite to those external users and it will send the the Elluminate URL and they can enter the meeting without ever logging into D2L.
