OIA Speakers Bureau, Get the Word Out
The OIA can provide the links to help the campus community improve teaching practices. We do this not only by making OIA consultants available but now also by making UofA faculty available to share their experiences and expertise.
Our new Speakers Bureau service lets us match you up with a faculty who has practiced a teaching strategy and perfected it. They can provide a consult to one person or speak to a group, which ever is most appropriate for the best results.
Topics that Speakers can provide expertise on are: Online classes, hybrid classes, teaching large classes (100 or more students), online quizing techniques and facilitating group work to name just a few topics.
