My piece of the puzzle:
Erin is an Associate Professor of Practice with OIA and the Coordinator of the Certificate in College Teaching program.  Her responsibilities include teaching and administrative support in the program, particularly IA 697a: Learner-Centered Teaching, IA 699: Independent Study, and IA 694: Instructional Practicum.  Erin also provides other instructional support services, such as instructional workshops, focus groups, and individual consulting to instructors.  She is an adjunct faculty member in the Agricultural Education department.

Background & Education:
Erin has worked with kindergarteners through adults in a variety of formal and informal education settings for over 15 years and in a variety of roles.  Her experience includes elementary through graduate-level curriculum development and instruction, faculty professional development, community outreach, program evaluation, and educational consulting.  Erin's professional and academic interests include learner-centered education, future faculty preparation, writing across the curriculum, science education, and qualitative research methodologies.

She holds a B.A. in Physics, a MS in Astronomy, a MA in English with a specialty in Rhetoric, Composition, and Teaching of English, and a Ph.D. in Teaching and Teacher Education.  She is a graduate of the Certificate in College Teaching program.
