My piece of the puzzle:
Dwight's role in OIA is to support the department with application programming and support. Some functions and/or platforms include Drupal, Moodle, Flash, Captivate, MySQL, Oracle, etc... He is also a member of the Faculty Instructional Technology group.
Background & Education:
Dwight has more than 20 years of varied experience within the technology industry; everything from hardware support, to web development, systems consulting, and automation consulting. Dwight has been with the University for 3 years and has implemented/maintained various web-based applications.
Dwight’s professional and academic interests include learning theory, instructional design and technology. He is also investigating the pedagogical paradigm associated with the 21st century learning environment.
Dwight holds a B.S. in Information Technology and Electrical Engineering, an MS in Education Technology and is pursuing a Ed. D degree from the Educational Leadership program here at the University.
