Zoom Campus License

The Zoom campus license is now in effect. Zoom is available campus-wide for web conferencing for academic and business purposes to all faculty, staff, students, and DCCs with an active NetID. However, a NetID is not required for people outside the university to attend a UA Zoom meeting.


Your Zoom license is automatically established the first time you log into the UA Zoom account. To log into Zoom:

Campus IT staff are welcome to contact Academic Technologies at acad-tech-support@list.arizona.edu for assistance with special requests.

  • Webinars – Rooms with 500 seat capacity (would be required for any course exceeding 200 concurrent users)
  • Zoom Rooms – Used for dedicated conference rooms with installed hardware
  • CRC ports – For including telepresence units in Zoom meetings
